Here at Bluemethane, we have a wonderful team of people who are passionate about the environment and are determined to make an impact. Innovation and excellent science are at the centre of Bluemethane, but our company culture also strives to foster an environment where we are transparent in what we know and share, there are no walls or doors between us, and we can be the same person at work as we are at home. We are a community! We work hard to create a company we love and frequently review our list of attributes which we want our company culture to entail – we call this our ‘Bluebook’.
Although we may not all be in the same room every day, we get together every week to find out what we have been up to and how we can support each other. This is also a chance to get to know each other, learn about our different cultures and share our weekend plans – we call this meeting our ‘water cooler’.

We love the dynamics that come from working with people from different places with different experiences – there is so much to learn from each other. With some of the team working in the lab and some working remotely, we must get creative to get to know each other.
